Return Policy - LEONE1947

Our return policy allows for a 30-day period within which you may request a return for an item starting from the date of receipt.

1. Return Conditions

  • Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received—unused, with intact tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Mandatory Authorization: All returns must be authorized through our official website. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted by LEONE1947.
  • Right of Acceptance: LEONE1947 reserves the right to reject return requests for opened or used items if they do not meet acceptable conditions.

2. Return Procedure

  1. Initiate the Request: Log into your personal account on our website and select the order for which you wish to initiate a return. Click on the “Return Portal” and follow the instructions to specify the items to be returned and the reason for the return.
  2. Confirmation of Acceptance: Once the request is submitted, our orders department will process it as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions and the address for shipping the package.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipment to the specified address and for the associated shipping costs. For all returns, please include the order number clearly visible on the package.
  4. Tracking: LEONE1947 is not responsible for any lost packages; we recommend retaining tracking information until delivery.

4. Assessment and Refund

  • Verification: Once the package is received at our logistics center, the product will be inspected. If intact, in its original packaging, and unused, we will proceed with issuing the refund.
